a vision in the making

Corroboree is a multi-purpose, cross-cultural, not-for-profit resource and education centre. At its core will be sharing cultures and education, celebrating indigenous people, and restoring prairie grasslands. An innovative green meeting place and facility, it will be a showcase for arts and culture, and open to all ages, interests and ethnic origins. This project is in the concept and early development phase, and is currently awaiting funding in order to move ahead.

project status

Corroboree was granted charitable status in Canada on July 12, 2007 in anticipation of grant funding from charitable foundations in 2008. Although, that funding did not materialise,  Corroboree remains a viable concept currently being considered as perhaps operating in a different form. Funding continues to be sought for a feasibility study to determine the most appropriate vehicle to launch Corroboree to success.
